Job summary

Mina Excellence is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage day‑to‑day HR operations in Riyadh, ensuring service delivery and compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.

The role requires hands‑on experience across the employee lifecycle, HR administration, employee relations, and HR systems, with strong organisational and communication skills. Arabic and English fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem).
• Experience using HR Management Systems (HRMS).
• Understanding of payroll processes and employee benefits.
• Fluent in Arabic; English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and status changes.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, and other HR documents.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and timekeeping activities.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and monthly payroll submission.
• Handle HR policy inquiries and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem and other government platforms.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Maintain HRMS data accuracy and reporting.
