We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day Human Resources operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, employee relations, and compliance with Saudi Labour Law. The role requires hands-on experience with KSA government platforms and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, and HR-related correspondence.
- Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
- Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and employee documentation.
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll data preparation.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
- Assist hiring managers in sourcing and selecting suitable candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Government Relations & Compliance
- Process HR transactions through government portals such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Absher.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.
- Support Saudization (Nitaqat) initiatives and workforce planning.
- Coordinate employee insurance enrollment and updates.
Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions, warning letters, grievances, and employee concerns.
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and monthly HR metrics.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
- Assist in HR projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Experience using Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other government portals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with HRIS/ERP systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications
- HR Certification (CIPD Level 3/5, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
