Qualifications

• Saudi nationality is required.
• Experience as an HR Specialist/Officer in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and government platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding from start to finish.
• Maintain employee files and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage attendance, leave and employee information.
• Coordinate employee transfers, renewals and government procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and keep records up to date.
• Support payroll and coordinate employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees and management on HR matters.
