Job summary

DataVolt is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead full-spectrum HR activities in Saudi Arabia for a new business unit. Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll coordination, visa management, and employee relations, all while ensuring Saudi Labour Law compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of KSA regulations, and bilingual English/Arabic communication. This role requires hands-on HR operations and governance across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• CIPD/SHRM/PHRi preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law.
• Fluent English and Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support recruitment activities for the new unit.
• Oversee visa and immigration processes (Iqama, visas).
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance.
• Maintain HR records and contracts; ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with government authorities and service providers.
• Support compensation, performance management and employee development.
• Handle employee relations and queries.
