Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in HR operations and government relations.
• Understanding of Saudization requirements and compliance.
• Experience with Saudi government platforms and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Partner with stakeholders for onboarding and compliance.
• Manage employee training and development administration.
• Execute and coordinate government relations processes.
