Job summary

Client of NOK for Human Capital in Riyadh is seeking a Senior HR Operations Officer to manage the full HR lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate government transactions on Saudi platforms. The role focuses on accurate records, timely processing, and strong stakeholder collaboration to support a sizable workforce while maintaining confidentiality.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, have 3–5 years of Saudi HR operations experience, and are fluent in Arabic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR operations experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Absher Business.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Nitaqat, and Saudization requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting; HR systems experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Saudi nationality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely HR documentation.
• Coordinate government platform transactions (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher Business).
• Monitor Iqama, work permits, contracts, and medical insurance renewals.
• Support payroll coordination and HR reporting; handle confidential information.
