  • Install, configure, and support laptops and desktops.
  • Deploy and test printers both local and network.
  • Perform OS setup and user profiles when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
  • Provide first-level technical support to users.
  • Maintain service tickets and site sign-off documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals
  • Deploy and test printers (local and network)
  • Perform OS setup, user profiles, and basic software installation
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on-site
  • Provide user assistance and first-level technical support
  • Replace faulty equipment and coordinate repairs
  • Maintain service tickets, checklists, and site sign-off documents
