You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining hardware and software systems, and resolving any technical issues to create an optimal learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for network and server infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by staff and students.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
  • Ensure the security and performance of systems by applying updates and patches.
  • Monitor network performance and address any vulnerabilities or weaknesses.
  • Support third-party applications and ensure they work efficiently within the network.
