Responsibilities

• Schedule routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Monitor and manage stock levels for operations.
• Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between yard workers and management.
• Address operational challenges like equipment malfunctions.

About the Role:

The IT INFRA Yard Supervisor Administrator will oversee administrative duties, equipment management, inventory control, and communication within the yard operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and inventory.
• Generate reports on yard activities, such as productivity metrics, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate the allocation and maintenance of equipment, ensuring that all equipment's are in optimal working condition.
• Schedule routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring that necessary materials and supplies are available for operations.
• Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between yard workers, management, and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Address any operational challenges, such as equipment malfunctions, scheduling conflicts, or inventory discrepancies.

Experience Qualifications:

• Diploma in Network or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position.

Required Skills:
