IT Manager – Remote from Egypt

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the company’s technical solutions and IT operations.
• Implement and maintain ERP cloud systems and e-invoicing integration.
• Manage email platforms (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365) and collaboration tools.
• Supervise website setup, updates, and basic maintenance.
• Provide remote IT support and coordinate hosting / domain management.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and timely delivery of technical services.

Requirements :

Relevant IT experience (ERP, email systems, website management, IT support).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Good English communication skills.

Previous experience in companies providing technical services to clients.
