Job Summary:

Support the Investment team in developing business cases, conducting market research and managing financial analysis and financial models.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of business cases (including financial feasibility), and development approaches as part of the investment strategy and planning.
• Reviewing and evaluating new real estate development opportunities and analyzing business cases and scenarios using financial models and tools.
• Assist in managing feasibility studies, highest and best use studies and other investment strategy related studies.
• Assist in overseeing the financial and operational performance of partnerships with investors, ensuring alignment with RUA's investment objectives.
• Assist in monitoring and measuring the performance of assets in coordination with the Asset Management team, ensuring optimal returns on investments.
• Analyze and report on financial and operational data to support investment decisions and performance monitoring.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate development industry.
• Assist in developing and refining investment strategies and policies to ensure alignment with RUA's goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Asset Management, Development, and Finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of investment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Finance, economics, business administration or any other related field.
• 4+ years of experience in relevant experience.
