Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Al Khobar. The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and enhancing interior spaces, developing creative concepts, preparing construction drawings, and ensuring functional and aesthetic design solutions. Additionally, the role includes space planning, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional and visually appealing layouts.
• Strong understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings, with skills in interpreting and creating technical plans.
• Experience with FF&E selection and coordination to achieve cohesive design solutions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in sustainable design and knowledge of local design standards and regulations are advantageous.
