About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Account Executive to qualify and nurture inbound leads generated through our website, marketing campaigns, and events. As the first point of contact for many of our potential customers, you will play a critical role in engaging prospects early in their buying journey, understanding their needs, and preparing them for successful conversations with our sales team. This role is essential to keeping our sales pipeline healthy, focused, and filled with high-quality opportunities.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage with inbound leads promptly and professionally, assessing their fit based on Lucidya’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and qualification criteria.
  • Conduct concise discovery calls to uncover the prospect’s pain points, business context, and potential use cases.
  • Book qualified meetings and pass them to the appropriate Account Executive, ensuring complete and clear context is documented.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including detailed lead notes, statuses, and activity logs.
  • Respond to all inbound leads within agreed timeframes to maximise conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a Customer-Facing role (preferably in B2B SaaS or the tech industry).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to quickly grasp and summarize customer needs.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to managing follow-ups and tasks.
  • Positive, coachable, and driven by results and impact.
  • Previous experience in inbound SDR or marketing-generated lead qualification.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry and its sales cycles.
  • Understanding of the GCC business environment.
