  • Coordinate with OEM and vendor support for firmware updates and patches.
  • Support vulnerability remediation, incident follow-up, and compliance audits.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, change requests, and operational runbooks.

Infrastructure Security Specialist I (3+ Years Experience)

Responsible for supporting daily security operations and ensuring compliance within the Infrastructure Security Tower, as part of a Mission‑Critical Network Managed Security Services environment. Focus areas include implementing, maintaining, and optimizing network‑security technologies such as Next‑Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Secure DNS, Remote Access VPN, and virtualized infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain NGFW policies, IPS/IDS, and SSL inspection features across multi‑vendor environments.
  • Manage and optimize WAF rules ensuring OWASP‑aligned coverage.
  • Monitor firewall, DNS, and remote‑access logs; elevate anomalies to SOC.
  • Coordinate with OEM and vendor support for firmware updates and patches.
  • Support vulnerability remediation, incident follow‑up, and compliance audits.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, change requests, and operational runbooks.
Shift Coverage

8×5 operational coverage (morning and evening shifts) with on‑call rotation for P1 and P2 incidents.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ hands‑on experience in network or infrastructure security operations.
Preferred Certifications
