Summary: An experienced Technical Safety Engineer is required to lead the preparation and review of HSE deliverables for major projects, including management plans, philosophies, studies, and specifications. Risk analysis studies (QRA, FESA, COMAH) and HAZOP/HAZID participation are relied upon to support design decisions, with dispersion and emission modelling results documented in reports. Compliance with international and local HSE laws is ensured, and inter‑disciplinary reviews, budget preparation, and progress tracking are performed to maintain quality and schedule.
