Job description
About Us

We are an Oracle-focused consulting and implementation partner specializing in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud across Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Manufacturing. We support clients across the Middle East in implementing, extending, and optimizing Oracle Fusion solutions.

To expand our presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an independent sales professional who can represent us locally and help us grow our Oracle Fusion ERP business

Role Overview

As an Independent Sales Agent / Business Development Consultant, you will be our local face in KSA, responsible for identifying opportunities, opening doors, and driving sales for Oracle Fusion ERP services (implementation, rollout, upgrades, extensions, and support).

This role is ideal for someone who already works with multiple vendors or as a freelance sales/BD consultant and wants to add a strong Oracle Fusion ERP line to their portfolio

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go‑to‑market plan for Oracle Fusion ERP services in KSA.
  • Generate and qualify leads with private‑sector companies (SMEs and large enterprises) that are:
  • Implementing Oracle Fusion ERP (Financials, SCM, HCM, Manufacturing), or
  • Migrating from on‑premise ERP (e.g., E-Business Suite, SAP, other legacy ERPs).
  • Build and maintain relationships with C‑level and director‑level stakeholders (CFO, CIO, CHRO, Supply Chain Director, etc.).
  • Coordinate presentations, demos, and workshops with our solution architects and consultants.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from first contact to proposal submission and follow‑up.
  • Provide market feedback on competition, pricing, and customer needs in KSA.
  • Represent our company at local events, conferences, and networking activities when needed.
What We Offer
  • Attractive commission structure on closed deals (implementation projects, rollouts, support contracts, and extensions).
  • Opportunity to build a long‑term relationship with a specialized Oracle Fusion partner.
  • Full pre‑sales and technical support from our consulting team (solution demos, proposals, scoping).
  • Flexibility to work part‑time and manage your own schedule.
  • Potential to evolve into exclusive country representative based on performance.
