This role suits a proactive problem-solver who values accuracy, clear communication and timely delivery.

What you will do:

  • Validate and test changes from project and ADM teams; perform cleanup of outdated configuration trees in the Ericsson Charging System.
  • Configure SMS and voice short codes for marketing and business teams; manage operator and notification configurations.
  • Configure AIR and SDP functions (mobile refill, balance enquiry, charging, notification and subscription products) and work with templates across rating, policy and service definitions.
  • Create and update maintenance routines and performance reports; investigate disturbances and support emergency handling.
  • Participate in change request handling, capacity planning assessments and network integration activities; support audits on request.
The skills you bring:
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Telecom or IT
  • Solid experience with charging systems (Ericsson SDP, AIR, OCC, CSNMT and related nodes) and IN business configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of tariff design, RMA handling, and templates for rating/policy/service definitions.
  • Practical skills in Linux system administration, Oracle database administration, Unix shell scripting and general programming for automation and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of GSM/WCDMA, core network elements (MSC/GMSC/STP/HLR), IP networking, routing and traffic handling concepts.

  • Proven analytical, investigative and problem-solving abilities; able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
