Job summary

A global retail conglomerate is seeking a skilled technician responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of the Building Management System and HVAC systems in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in AC, plumbing, and electrical systems, with the ability to read BMS drawings. This is a full-time position requiring coordination with MEP staff and adherence to safety regulations. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Resolve technical problems by confirming their validity.
• Recommend changes for system and procedure improvements.

• Monitor and maintain the Building Management System and HVAC.

Job description

Position Objective

The position is responsible for monitoring and maintenance of the Building Management System and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning System under the direction of the Project Manager or Control Engineer.

• Resolve technical problems and investigate elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem.
• Basic Knowledge of AC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Alarm system particularly of busy commercial building & warehouse.
• Knowledge and experience in BMS panel & field device termination work.
• Experience in involving BMS testing & commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with MEP staff & 3rd party for all kind of maintenance activities.
• Able to read BMS drawings based on pipe, duct, containment and all other MEP site installation.
• Conducts frequent site verification if required.
• Recommends changes for improvement in the system, methods and procedures.
• Understand and instruct team for adhering local safety regulation.
