What This Role Is About

We are looking for an HR Manager, based in Jeddah, to lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources activities for a growing organization.

You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong people leadership skills, a hands‑on approach, and the ability to partner closely with business leaders to support organizational goals.

You will play a key role in shaping HR processes, building a positive workplace culture, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Your ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution will be central to the success of the HR function.
