About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated HSSE Officer to enforce Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) regulations across our sites in Jeddah. This role ensures compliance with local laws while continuously assessing and improving existing processes to meet internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions to reduce preventable incidents by 45%.
  • Support HSSE compliance audits, maintaining the “Site Compliance & Hazard Tracker” with timely updates.
  • Manage security operations, fire safety systems, and emergency preparedness to ensure personnel and asset safety.
  • Maintain accurate HSSE documentation, records, and equipment inventories for all assigned sites.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with all local and federal HSSE requirements, avoiding violations and penalties.
  • Organize and support HSSE training, awareness campaigns, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
  • Collaborate with Government Relations to support licensing, permits, and regulatory inspections.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health, or a related scientific field, or OSH Accredited Diploma.
  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent; valid OSH License (Practitioner or Professional).
  • Certified in Fire Fighting, First Aid, and Security practices.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HSSE roles.
  • Saudi National.
