Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented HSE & Security Manager to join the Qiddiya Facility Management (FM) team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Defines and sets up the Facility Management HSE and Security strategy and procedures.

  • Ensures that the HSE and Security Management policies and procedures are understood and enforced on site.

  • Captures and analyzes security metrics, providing input and recommendations regarding staffing requirements, resource allocation, technology planning, maturity initiatives, etc.

  • Monitors and tracks personnel training and certification, conference attendance, and other people-focused investments.

  • Arranges regular meetings with leadership, contractors and subcontractors to capture site requirements and develop intermediate solutions to meet the need.Engages on on-going cases, tracking full lifecycle to ensure they proceed according to the established workflow, follow-up actions are addressed, and recommendations are made to prevent future issues.

  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Degree in Engineering or related discipline with minimum 15 years’ experience, specifically health, safety and security.

  • Demonstrable experience in Facilities Management environment, with knowledge andexperience in Food Safety/hygiene and security considerations.

  • Previous experience in the operations of Workers Accommodation Facilities in Saudi Arabia.

  • Advantageous to have experience in Saudi Arabia.

  • OSHA Certified or similar is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken.
