Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Dammam is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental programs. You will lead a team to ensure compliance with regulations, develop training programs, and implement best practices for a safe work environment. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in engineering or safety management and at least 5 years of experience in industrial HSE management. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
• Lead the HSE department and manage a team of safety professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international HSE regulations.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees.
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics.
• Manage emergency response planning and drills.
• Oversee environmental protection and waste management programs.
• Implement risk assessment and hazard control measures.
• Review contractor HSE plans and monitor compliance.
• Develop and maintain safety certification programs (ISO 45001/14001).
• Lead safety committee meetings and initiatives.
• Oversee industrial hygiene monitoring programs.
• Prepare and manage the HSE department budget.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
• Implement behavioral safety programs.
• Develop sustainability initiatives and reporting.
• Stay updated on emerging HSE trends and best practices.
• Manage the First Aid Clinic with internal and external resources.
