Job summary

Deemah is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our HR team in Riyadh. The role requires hands-on expertise in SAP and SAP SuccessFactors and the ability to configure HR processes.

You will manage workflows, security roles, HR reports, and data integrity, and provide user support in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS / HR Systems.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP and SAP SuccessFactors is required.
• Ability to create, configure, and manage HR processes within SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Experience in setting up and managing workflows, approval processes, business rules, forms, and system configurations.
• Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and system access.
• Experience in HR reports, dashboards, and employee data management.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to HR users.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and system integration.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
