Qualifications

• 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, and enhancements.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Experience with Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM localization for KSA.

• Ability to provide achievable solutions to complex scenarios and workarounds to cases that do not have a standard solution.
• Very good communication, written and verbal skills in both English and Arabic.
• Very good experience in Saudi Labor Law and SAP HCM Localization for KSA.
• Support in designing and executing complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, adept at translating business requirements into technical solutions while effectively managing client expectations.
• Experienced in handling large-scale projects, involving single or multiple products and complex environments.
• Self-learning and fast developing person.
• Ability to work under pressure and with minimum support.
