Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational activities.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation.
  • Update and maintain employee records on HR systems.
  • Coordinate HR-related meetings and engagement activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for basic employee HR queries.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and local labor requirements.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.

The HR Operations Tamheer will support the HR team in delivering efficient and high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role provides hands‑on exposure to core HR operations and processes within a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment, making it ideal for fresh graduates or COOP students seeking practical HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations Support: Assist the HR team with day‑to‑day operational activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of HR processes.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Support onboarding, orientation, internal movements, and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • HR Administration & Documentation: Maintain and organize employee files, contracts, letters, and HR documentation in line with company policies.
  • HR Systems & Data Management: Update and maintain employee records on HR systems and trackers, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate HR‑related meetings, trainings, inductions, and engagement activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Employee Support: Act as a point of contact for basic employee HR queries, escalating complex matters when required.
  • Policies & Compliance: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and local labor requirements.
  • Reporting & Projects: Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and presentations, and support ongoing HR initiatives and improvement projects.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HRBP, TA, Payroll, and other HR functions as required to support business needs.
