Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 3 years of HR experience in tourism/hospitality, strong communication and teamwork, and fluency in Arabic and English.

You will maintain personnel records and advise management on HR matters, contributing to effective talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in tourism and hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
