Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in tourism or hospitality, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee management.
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; strong communication skills.
• Able to collaborate with employees and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment activities, including staffing requirements, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting selection decisions.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to improve performance.
• Support performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on employee development.
• Ensure HR practices align with policies and labor laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
• Advise management on HR-related matters and workforce needs.

Education
