Trades App in Madinah, Saudi Arabia is hiring an HR Specialist to manage core HR operations, including recruitment, training, employee development, and policy compliance. You will oversee end-to-end hiring, implement development programs, monitor performance, and maintain personnel records.

Arabic and English fluency are required; a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years’ HR experience in tourism/hospitality are preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in tourism & hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; knowledge of local labor laws.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
• Develop and implement training and development programs.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance; provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and files.
• Contribute to recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent.
• Provide HR guidance to management on employee-related matters.
