The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in tourism or hospitality, and fluency in Arabic and English.

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee management.
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; strong communication skills.
• Able to collaborate with employees and management.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Executive to support and strengthen its HR function in Madinah for our Tourism & Hospitality industry business. This role will focus on recruitment, employee development, performance management, and HR administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment activities, including identifying staffing requirements, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting selection decisions.

• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives to improve performance and build workforce capabilities.

• Support performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on employee development and performance-related matters.

• Ensure HR practices align with internal policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.

• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.

• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.

• Advise management on HR-related matters, employee concerns, and workforce requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector.

• Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment practices, and employee management.

• Knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with employees and management.
