Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in tourism and hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from identifying hiring needs to candidate selection.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
• Maintain employee files and ensure personnel records are accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent.
• Provide HR advice and guidance to management on employee-related matters.
