Job summary

A leading hospitality firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HR Associate to support HR operations, recruitment, and employee inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, and be bilingual in Arabic and English. Responsibilities include daily HR tasks, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR role or HR operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn and support multiple HR tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate with Finance on payroll inputs and employee data updates.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and local labor regulations.
