Job description

On behalf of our exclusive client, a confidential and newly established PIF-owned company, we are seeking a hands-on and dynamic HR Manager for a critical 6-month contract. This is a rare opportunity to join a landmark venture at its inception and help establish its core people operations.

Our client is poised to become a major entity within Saudi Arabia's dynamic economic landscape. Backed by a significant PIF investment and aligned with the ambitious goals of Vision 2030, the organization is building its foundational team in Jeddah.

As the HR Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the People function. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will drive the day-to-day HR activities that are essential for building a thriving organization. This role is perfect for a proactive HR generalist who excels at turning strategy into action and is passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Establish and manage all core HR operations, including employee onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Policy Implementation: Support the development and lead the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring all employees are informed and compliant.
  • Performance & Engagement: Implement performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives to help build a culture of high performance and collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience (Must-Haves):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
  • Strong, hands-on experience across the full range of HR functions, particularly in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and its practical application.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment is essential.
