Job summary

A leading energy company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources operations at a remote project site in NEOM, KSA. The HR Manager will act as a strategic business partner, supporting technical staff and ensuring strong people practices, compliance, and workforce effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration and over 8 years of relevant HR experience, especially in large-scale projects and remote environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience in Engineering or large-scale projects.
  • Experience in remote, camp-based environments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end human resources operations at remote project site.
  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
  • Support technical staff and engineers onsite.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law

Essential requirements

  • Remote-site or camp-based environments.
  • Strong, hands-on knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
  • Experience working with Success Factors and Oracle.
  • Demonstrated credibility advising senior project and technical leaders.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously within a remote-site environment.
