Job Summary:
One of our clients are looking for Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions across the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting operational teams, and fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture. The role plays a critical part in workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational HR
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and operational objectives
- Partner with senior management to support workforce planning and organizational development
- Advise management on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and management roles
- Coordinate manpower planning for multi-site or shift-based operations
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and probation evaluations
- Implement succession planning and talent development initiatives
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain positive employee relations and address grievances effectively
- Promote a service-driven culture aligned with hospitality/FM standards
- Lead employee engagement programs and staff welfare initiatives
- Support diversity, inclusion, and equal employment practices
Performance Management & Training
- Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs
- Support leadership development and supervisory training
Compensation, Payroll & Benefits
- Manage salary structures, incentives, and benefits administration
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Conduct salary benchmarking and support annual review cycles
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Manage HR audits, documentation, and reporting
HR Systems & Reporting
- Maintain HRIS and employee records
- Prepare HR reports, turnover analysis, and manpower metrics
- Monitor absenteeism, overtime, and workforce productivity
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Service-based industries
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
- Experience managing large, diverse, and shift-based workforces
