About the Role

As an HR & Finance Assistant, you will provide vital support across HR, finance, and administrative functions. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates or those with 1–2 years of business experience seeking a career in a global corporate environment. Responsibilities include assisting with HR and finance processes, managing government portals, licensing, visas, internal systems, and ensuring smooth daily operations, including onboarding new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HR by maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, managing visas, and updating HR systems.
  • Assist finance with processing POs, invoices, and expense claims.
  • Handle government and regulatory tasks, including licensing, visas, and official communications.
  • Maintain accurate trackers and records for HR and finance activities.
  • Assist with internal reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support operational and financial workflows.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing for HR and finance functions.
  • Help managers prepare and maintain internal systems, reports, and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR and finance teams as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate preferred or 1–2 years of business experience
  • Interest in developing a career in HR, finance, and operations within a global events organization
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or HR / finance software is a plus
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise professionally with internal teams, suppliers, and authorities
  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive team player with strong administrative skills and initiative
