The HR Assistant will be responsible for aiding in various HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement, by providing administrative support and contributing to HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruiting process by posting job listings, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Facilitate onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain precise employee records and manage confidential HR documents.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
