Job description

Inbox Business Technologies is looking for an HR Administrator to support the HR team in Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, and day-to-day Operations. The role will involve assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, managing HR documentation, and ensuring smooth HR operations in compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and assist in screening applications.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication with candidates.
  • Support onboarding activities including documentation and induction sessions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR database regularly.
  • Draft and update contracts, letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Process leave applications, attendance records, and employee requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist with payroll data preparation and coordinate with the Finance team.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate training, employee engagement, and performance processes.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
  • Ensure all HR activities are carried out incompliance with Saudi labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Must be a Saudi National.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed institute.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR administration or coordination (experience in KSA preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
