Job summary

A leading medical technology company in Riyadh is seeking a Product Specialist for Hemostasis to provide application training and technical support. This role involves implementing marketing strategies and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer service. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in a scientific field, technical knowledge in the IVD industry, and strong organizational skills. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Specific technical and scientific knowledge for the business line.
• Technical background, preferably in the IVD industry.
• Preferably knowledge of Marketing and Sales Processes.
• Project management skills are desired.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide theoretical and practical application training to partners.
• Offer second-level application support and troubleshooting.
• Support the implementation of the marketing plan.
• Organize and improve local application structure.
• Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting quality issues.
• Share technical product information updates with stakeholders.
• Help in educational events organization aligned with marketing plans.
