The ideal candidate will support clinical and administrative teams while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include providing technical support, managing user accounts, and maintaining clinical systems. A Bachelor's degree in IT and 2–3 years of relevant experience are required, with strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting skills. This on-site role requires readiness for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and server management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily technical support for staff regarding computers and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and systems.
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access permissions.
  • Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Perform regular data backups and ensure protection against cyber threats.
  • Maintain servers and firewall systems.
  • Oversee clinical systems such as EMR and HR systems.
