Job description

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety, or any related field
• Saudi nationality
• Experience in safety, risk assessment, incident investigation, or HSE coordination is compulsory
• Knowledge of local and international safety laws and regulations
• Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols, risk mitigation, and emergency response procedures
• Ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions
• Familiarity with incident reporting systems and safety inspection tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to train and guide employees on safety practices
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and under pressure
• Demonstrates high levels of integrity, responsibility, and organization
• Able to work in various environments, including cold store or high-risk areas, and consistently follow safety protocol
• Proficiency in preparing safety reports and analyzing incident data
• A clean professional record free from violations or disciplinary actions

Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in occupational health and safety
• Certified in: NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 45, ISO Internal Auditor, First Aid, Fire Fighting, Risk Assessment, and Incident Investigation
• English (both written and spoken)
