Role Summary

We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to be based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The HSE Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental systems in line with regulations and company standards. The role includes conducting risk assessments, audits, and site inspections, providing HSE training and guidance, and promoting a strong safety culture. By monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement, the HSE Manager ensures safe operations, environmental protection, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
• Allocate resources and manage the project budget effectively.
• Lead, guide, and motivate project team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Resolve conflicts and make timely decisions to keep the project on track.
• Evaluate project outcomes and conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 Years’ experience including 3 years’ experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience.
• Must have regional experience in Jeddah/ Madinah/ Mecca.
• Proven experience in HSSE management for construction projects or a related industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HSSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
