Job Purpose: Sales leader to drive business growth in the KSA market with full P&L responsibility.
Job Summary:
As the Sales Head for KSA, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, leading business development efforts, and achieving revenue targets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role demands a deep understanding of the regional market, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders including CXOs and CIOs. You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, managing both new and existing business across sectors such as healthcare, smart cities, utilities, BFSI, and enterprise. You will also work closely with other departments like marketing, pre-sales, and services to deliver a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will act as the company’s face for all external activities in KSA, including participating in corporate events and forums, and building key relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). As a leader, you will manage and mentor the local sales team to ensure consistent performance aligned with business objectives, while continuously gathering market intelligence to refine growth strategies.
