🚀 We’re Hiring: Head of Project Management

📍 Location: KSA (with travel as required)

🏭 Industry: Industrial Manufacturing / Electrical Power Projects

We are looking for an experienced Head of Project Management to lead our Projects Department and drive successful execution of complex industrial projects. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability, operational excellence, and team development across the full project lifecycle.

Role Purpose

Lead and manage the Projects Department to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while optimizing company profitability and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project operations, including project initiation, execution, and closure
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective contract, schedule, and quality management
• Own project P&L, revenue, margins, invoicing accuracy, and cash-flow performance
• Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies across all projects
• Lead project reporting, progress reviews, and job review/closing meetings
• Ensure 100% SAP utilization within the Project Module and support monthly/year-end closing
• Develop, coach, and mentor project teams; improve tools, methods, and competencies
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams
• Manage guarantees, letters of credit, and collections in coordination with Finance

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 9–15 years of relevant project management experience
• Strong background in Electrical Power Distribution & Control projects
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
