Qualifications

• At least 7 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Valid and active license in Occupational Therapy.
• In-depth knowledge of current practices, trends, and regulations in the field.
• Language proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Occupational Therapy Department.
• Develop and implement department policies and procedures.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Manage departmental budget and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
