About the role
This is a critical leadership role and you'll be leading the development of learning approach for Noon’s newly invented hybrid experience. Your role will be a perfect blend of data‑driven strategy and leading a team to engage teachers in professional development to improve content, delivery, planning & pedagogical practices in a hybrid environment. You’ll be a champion for our students.
What you’ll do
- Architect and continuously enhance an AI‑driven and hybrid learning ecosystem that measurably outpaces traditional education, backed by tangible gains in student achievement data.
- Introduce thought‑leadership on best learning practices in Noon’s hybrid learning environment.
- Lead a team of learning experience managers to design, develop, and stitch together content and activities to deliver a timely and effective learning experience.
- Lead a team to engage teachers in professional development to improve content, delivery, planning, and pedagogical practices in a hybrid environment.
- Elicit feedback from students to continuously improve the learning process challenges and successes, using these insights to drive continuous improvement of the learning ecosystem.
- Support evaluation of the impact and outcomes of your solutions and iterate based on feedback and data.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and business operations leads to turn insights into hypotheses and translate them into product and learning enhancements that deliver measurable impact for students.
- Take responsibility for the education strategy, curriculum design, and content development operations.
Your expertise?
- At least a bachelor’s degree, ideally from a top‑tier and well‑reputed university.
- Strong understanding of learning principles, pedagogical practices, and data‑driven educational approaches.
- Previous experience in an educational role (teaching, school administration, instructional/learning design, curriculum/content development, training, etc.) preferred.
- Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- High emotional intelligence – can quickly bond with stakeholders such as teachers and gain their trust.
- Has a lot of drive – energy and determination to achieve something despite barriers and in unfamiliar territory.
- Passionate about technology and consumer‑facing products, and can demonstrate that through personal projects work experience.
- Proficient in using various tools and techniques to tell stories: sketches, videos, presentations, written documents.
- (Preferred) Experienced working in international team settings.
