Job Title: Head of Investment Structuring (Arranging)

Company Overview

We are a fintech venture transforming real estate investment through digital structuring, tokenization, and fractional ownership. The platform connects investors with vetted, income-generating real estate opportunities using compliant, technology-driven investment models aligned with Saudi capital market regulations.

The company is currently in the pre-licensing phase and is building a founding team to support regulatory approval, investment structuring, and operational readiness. Full operations are expected to launch by mid-next year, introducing a new model of transparent, accessible, and institution-grade real estate investment in the region.

Job Summary

The Head of Investment Structuring will join during the pre-operational phase and will lead the Arranging function once licensing and operations begin. The role will oversee investment structuring, due diligence, investor onboarding, offering documentation, and compliance with Capital Market Authority (CMA) requirements. The position will be registered as an Authorized Person for Arranging post-licensing.

Duties and Responsibilities
Post-Launch (Operational Phase)
  • Lead structuring and execution of digital and fractional real estate investment offerings
  • Oversee due diligence, financial models, legal documentation, and disclosures
  • Coordinate with developers, legal advisors, institutional investors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure investor suitability, onboarding compliance, and alignment with CMA Arranging regulations
  • Work closely with the Compliance Officer on regulatory reporting and ongoing monitoring
  • Integrate investment workflows with technology and product teams
Pre-Launch (Non-operational phase)
  • Join during pre-operational stage with no operational work required before launch
  • Complete required CMA certifications (company-sponsored if needed)
  • Participate in alignment meetings and regulatory preparation as required for licensing
Qualifications : Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
  • CFA preferred
Work Experience
  • Minimum 8 years in investment structuring, capital markets, private equity, corporate finance, or real estate funds
  • Experience in regulated environments preferred
  • Experience in fintech, digital assets, or alternative investment products is a plus
Required Skills
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Required Certifications
  • CME-5A and CME-5B required for Arranging licensing
  • CME-5A exemptions may apply if holding:
    • Passing level II (CFA Institute)
    • Series 79 (FINAR) (Investment Banking Representative Exam)
    • Diploma In Corporate Finance

If not certified, the company will sponsor required exams prior to licensing.
