A leading financial consulting firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to oversee compliance and AML functions. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory obligations are met and manage risks effectively. Responsibilities include developing compliance strategies, monitoring suspicious transactions, and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies. This role offers a competitive salary of SAR 25,000/month and comprehensive benefits including 35 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in the compliance/AML sector within a financial institution.

  • Monitor and report suspicious transactions to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead initiatives to prevent compliance, reputation, and financial risks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regulatory entities.
  • Manage and oversee effective frameworks to prevent financial crimes.
