Qualifications

• Front desk reception and cashier duties.
• Greet and assist guests with professionalism and privacy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest data, check-ins/outs, and billing information.
• Maintain Rosewood standards and compliance during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Check reservations and arrivals for the day and prepare registration materials.
• Greet, welcome and address guests by name at the reception.
• Process check-ins and check-outs in a professional manner following SOPs.
• Cashier-related duties, including managing a cashier float and balancing at shift end.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Butler to block rooms per guest preferences.
