Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Guest Services Associate - Front Office to welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, and anticipate needs to deliver Relationship Hospitality across the guest journey.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell & Door, Butler Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless arrivals and departures while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office or guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized guest experiences throughout arrival, stay, and departure.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest profiles with accuracy.
• Build guest relationships, anticipate needs, and resolve requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other teams to ensure seamless service.
• Promote resort facilities and services while identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while ensuring accurate cashiering and admin processes.
