Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to manage daily Front Desk operations and deliver personalized guest experiences at our luxury property in Saudi Arabia. You will lead the Front Desk team, support the Front Desk Manager, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and other departments to uphold Rosewood's Relationship Hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily Front Desk operation during shifts.
• Coach and develop Front Desk Associates.
• Maintain exceptional guest relations and service recovery.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Bell & Door, Reservations.
• Monitor cashiering, room allocations, VIP arrivals, and guest requests.
• Provide daily briefings, training, and leadership to the team.
